Everything was lovely, handy location really close to the conservatory, both Gravesend and Bluewater and a really good pub, very good experience. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met needs, would definitely recommend it.

The staff was highly courteous and very attentive throughout the day. The breakfast had a lot of brilliant food and drinks.- The location was perfect, just next door to London or surrounding area, a really good pub to eat and drink in the evening at Ye Olde Leather Bottle, and Jessamine House.

This place is bright, with a nice size and good beds, and the coffee and spaciousness were great, we would definitely stay there again.

jessamine house exceeded my expectations. friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfy rooms, delicious continental breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. free parking for 6-8 cars was a bonus. special thanks to vj for going above and beyond to wash my work shirt. highly recommended!

Newly renovated small place, it has handy and incredibly comfortable location close to local pubs & restaurants.

We arrived late on a Bank Holiday Friday night and had to park on the road, but there was space right next to the hotel. Just be careful not to obstruct the cycle lane! The helpful and friendly man at the hotel booked us in and even gave us keys to the room and front door for when we returned later. Our room was very clean and the shower was nice. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated and had a good selection, including Gluten Free options. The hotel is well modernized and feels more like a 4-star establishment. The best part was the close proximity to Ye Olde Leather Bottle, a great pub for dining and drinks in the evening. I would recommend this hotel.

I made a reservation for a luxurious queen room that had great amenities like an electric kettle, a microwave, and central heating. The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were amazing - they provided excellent service. Another positive point was that we could easily park our car on-site.
